Unable to download NFS Hot Pursuit from EA App

Hi,

I tried installing NFS HP from the EA APP today, and I am facing the following error:

Error Text:

You don't have access
We've canceled the download because you don't own this
game. To play, go to the Game Hub to get the game.

The EA support guided me here (Case - #217354490) to consult with the community managers, hence would be glad if someone can guide here. Thanks

In this case, please contact EA Help support. They should be able to check the code and your account to identify what could be happening here.

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear you're having problems downloading your game. Can you please confirm where you purchased the game? Did you purchase it directly from the EA app, Steam or did you redeem a code on your EA account?
