Events not marked as completed on map after winning

What I have found out is if you actually complete all the races, in first place, for a multiple race event, the exclamation mark will stay on the map, HOWEVER a crowned icon will appear above the race title when your car is physically in front of it. 

Anyone else confirm this

@ninjadip EA tech support confirmed there is a bug, he said they are working on fixing it. Some kind of 'sync' issue he said. But I've already canceled my subscription, these guys (EA) are a criminal organization.

    There's no bug, look for the wreath. It works on mine, cause I just got Platinum. You must beat the level in the lowest level setting to get the wreath

    @ninjadip Just because "it worked" for you. Doesn't mean other people aren't having the issue.

    @UB3RBOSS Uber, do you happen to have any pictures of what your concern is? If you can find a picture and post it, we may be able to diagnose it.

    @AScruffyNerd You can't help. EA tech support said there was a sync issue, and they are "trying to fix it". FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS. I already canceled my membership with this awful, awful company.

    @UB3RBOSS There's nothing to fix, it's simple... There exclamation means there are multiple race levels available. The wreath means you have completed it in first. Easy peasy. Nothing to fix. I used this method to get the Platinum trophy without a hitch. I'm not sure how it's so hard to understand. The "issue" is you don't like how it's setup, not that the system doesn't work. I'm not crazy about it either, but that's the way it is

    @UB3RBOSS How is there an issue if I can confirm there isn't on my system. So somehow I have a different NFS heat version than you..? Is it possible that whatever issue there was is fixed? Is it possible that you don't know how to hit the left button on your dpad when at the race to pick the lower level setting? Why not try it before you get all mad. It's never too late to accept defeat gracefully, or you can be as stubborn as the wall... Whatever

    @ninjadip Oh a wise guy eyyy? You think just because you don't experience it, it doesn't exist. How hilariously n00b of you. It's like you don't understand that there are other people besides you who exist that might have different platforms or computers or even just different results than you have. Hmmm. Not like this is even an issue anymore since this game is not even running at playable frames anymore for lots of players after patch 1.5. A literal game breaking technical issue that has yet to be fix and is linked to FB3 engine. But yeah, keep thinking that everything is okay since it all works for you and surely you of all people know everything already, since you know YOU'VE CONFIRMED IT.

    @AScruffyNerd maaan, you are stubborn individual. Here this is a screenshot of my chat with EA Tech support on DEC 25th. This conversation was regarding the dropped frames and stuttering but at the end I also asked about the issue mentioned in this thread.

    @UB3RBOSS Ah.. yes anger will make you right somehow.. in the future you should mention your platform foremost not last.. you can't just say it has a sync problem in general without being specific about your situation. Just relax and recognize I'm the OG gamer here, and still remember when noob was a new word that originally came from the old internet chatroom days from the word newb. Relax man... We're all here to help each other, or so I thought

    @UB3RBOSS Yeah, the exclamation mark means multiple tiers to that events. This has been verified on the update thread. You are looking at the wrong thing. It's still the laurel wreath that notes completion.

    Events

    Some events are marked with an exclamation point, which means they have different levels you can switch between: The base level (lower car rating recommendation) and the challenge level (higher car rating recommendation). Some events had a lower reward for the challenge level than for the base level, which is corrected by this update.
