Failed to redeem a car code in nfss

Hello!

After buying the Need for speed Shift. I got the order email with a free Porsche Caymen S code but when i go to redeem it, it only gives me "Your CD key is already registered" and nothing else.

    Hi @Xypros,

    I checked your account and it seems that you have already registered the code for the Cayman. Can you confirm to me if you are able to find the car in-game?

    Checked the quick race cars and i still didnt find it, i had 4 loaner cars, my cars and stock cars.
