Falling through the map,lot more during the multiplayer

I have this game on a Laptop,but i have tried it in various other setups too(Including a desktop.But the game always seems to do this.) The road doesn't load at all,causing you to fall off the map...

Yeah i did that,Made sure Shadow play and Xbox DVR both were off.

Tried to put the textures and other settings on low,but it still happens.

Also i switched off all other apps like Steam,uplay etc.

On a different note,I have noticed this behavior in the game when the harddrive was being used excessively.(like copying files and stuff).So i kept an eye on the task manager while playing(without any other applications running) and sure enough hardrive is being pushed to a 100% by the application.There is no problem with the hardrive(the laptop is barely a month old) but somehow the application seems to be maxing out the hard drive.It did the same in my older laptop and My freinds desktop(and that was a pretty beefy setup).

It seems that certain older technology HDD's (non-SSD) have trouble keeping up with the game. You can mostly negate this by turning off as many processes as possible while playing.

If the issue however remains then I am afraid that other than upgrading the HDD, there isn't more we can do at the moment.
