The answer is really simple : all the cars that can go to 399 are at the same level, in fact, it depends on how you built it !
In NFS, what makes you the fastest, is not much the car you use, but when you decide to use your brakes, and when you decide to use your Nitro. Its High End driving (IMHO).
- I'd agree with that: superior driving accels above which 399 car you choose but after driving a few cars back to back at high/max levels, there are definite advantages and disadvantages.
All about personal preference, like 2015 I'd say. essentially if you like a car, you can make it fly.
