Ferrari F40 and F50 DLC cars missing from my garage.

Hi Everyone,

I was Rank 12 when I bought all the DLC packs, most of them turned up ok with the exception of the Ferrari one. I bought the cop and racer combo and the cars are not showing up on neither the cops or the racers careers. Here is the heart renching part, to try to solve it I deleted the game and my save file and reinstalled the dlc, but it is exactly the same. I am now back at rank 10 and all the other cars are there with the exception of the FF40 and FF50.

Any ideas?

ps. I am playing on PS4

Update:- Contacted EA and they said they have no record of the purchase. Sony can see the purchase and say it is EAs problem.

Update 2:- Contacted EA again and they were very helpful. We did the following:-

1. Set my ps4 as my primary ps4. Then restored licences.

2. Tested my internet connection to see that was ok.

3. The classic turn it off, unplug it give it seven seconds and turn it back on.

4. Upload the save game to PSN, then delete the game and the save game data/ profile from my HDD and then dowload it again.

I am checking to see if any of these have worked. Will let you know. EA has escalated it to their experts and we will see if they can come up with an answer. Anyway, i hope some of these solutions will save someone the time i have spent fixing this.
