How about figuring out the solution for the infinite loading screen crash....I bought the game day one & still can't get through the loading screen....& NO ALL OF YOUR TROUBLESHOOTING OPTIONS DOESN'T WORK AT ALL

I recently had the same issue, unfortunately the only solution I found is that you have to join someone else's game. In the main screen of you scroll to crew and click players online, you can click a crew to join and you will join their game and it should work. Best of luck hope this helps you

hey I'm having a directx error pop up in my loading screen for pcc and its driving me crazy ive done tips I saw on others post but still getting same error

I wasted all the time I'm going to trying to get help. Several attempts were unable to get a solution or make my game launch. The last "help" was a few e-mails with links to trouble shooting that had already been covered. Telling me to contact my ISP to make modifications to my router were the last I got from EA. My ISP charges for anything not related to delivery of quality internet service, which I have. I will just eat this purchase, and made a note not to purchase any more games made by EA.

Stuck on the loading screen, yesterday it was ok, I was able to play for 9 hours, now at launch I'm not able to get past the loading screen, I've seen the button mapping for the last two hours, I'm an expert at it now... That's the main problem of having an ''always online'' game

It worked for me on the ps4 I just changed the dns to 1500

The issues detailed in this topic were originally from November 2015 so they have been resolved.

You were most likely experiencing something different. But I am glad that you managed to resolve it just the same 🙂
