Fix the traffic!!!

I guess it is not so much to say here except this: playing any event in night time is a nightmare in the worst way to say because traffic in this game is driven by a unpolished AI!!! In almost any ...

@Pair_Demons for me they sometime stop in the middle of a turn and than drive off the road. This game has indeed very stupid ai.
