Follow the law mission not working

So I finally figured it out and got past it. When he's pulling up to the other cop car, when it says stop, just keep going towards where it tells you to park. Once the dialogue about the keys was done, I moved and kinda hid behind the shipyard containers. Once I did that, it triggered him to move. After 30 plus damn tries.

Glad you sorted it out, but wow! That’s determination! 30 tries?!

Lol well at a point, depending the order you did the missions, it's the only mission on the map that's accessible. So it was imperative that I get it done to move on.

what containers are you talking about? The one where it tells you to park or the one farther up?

The one where it tells you to park and you wait for the cop to toss the other one the keys. I passed it but it took a lot of restarting and going to the exact same area loads of times before it decided to randomly work. Fyi i didnt do anything much different from the previous times which leads me to believe it was a game/software/network issue

Omg you are literally awesome, I did exactly what you said and it worked on the first try. I have tried to watch walkthrough videos for weeks and nothing helped. Just know your hard work paid of. !!!

I also followed all the suggestions on completing this level but finally found the best solution was to park kind of halfway in behind the container. See attached pic...
