fps drop gtx 1060

hello all, I have a fps drop when i play nfs payback on medium settings even though my laptop should run it at ultra settings, the fps is around 20-30 on medium settings, I tried to track the compoments usage on MSI Afterburner and i figured out that the ram/cpu/gpu usage is 100% for unknown reasons, there are no background activity and this happens only when i play nfs payback, no problems happens when i play bf5 or any other heavy game, please help.

specs:

I5-8300H

GTX 1060 3GB

8 GB DDR4 2666MHZ

(the tempreature is always bettween 60-70 so its not a temperature issue)

If your RAM/CPU/GPU are all showing high usage numbers then you will just need to play around with graphics options to try to get a good balance of visual quality/performance.

Are you running at a high resolution? Try a lower resolution, like 1080P.

In the NVIDIA control panel, 3D settings, Power management mode, set this to "Prefer maximum performance", click apply.

    For Windows...click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4027067/windows-10-how-to-adjust-power-and-sleep-settings

...open power and sleep settings, Additional power settings, choose High performance.

    Thanks.
