Hi,
I played the trial for about 1 hour and the game suffers from frequent micro stutters, both in free roam and during races. I have the latest NVIDIA drivers available.
i7 6700K 4.4 Ghz
32 GB RAM
GTX 1070
I even tested the game using MSI Afterburner - it uses roughly 70% of the GPU and 40-50% of the CPU in the NVIDIA optimal power settings - when I set it to maximum performance the GPU usage drops to 50%, but the stutters are still there.

I have the exactly same problem on an 1080ti. It is unplayable because I hate micro stutters.
The FPS is fixed on 60, the card uses only an average of 50%. They need to fix it.
Do you think rolling back the drive from Nvidia would fix it?
I also noticed the game using more than 10gb of ram memory. Maybe memory leak?
Could be worth a try, but I doubt this will help. Seems like an issue with the game itself.
I will move it to SSD to see if that helps, I have it on HDD now.
I also experience some stuttering here and there. I actually run pretty much everything on medium and low.
Core i5 4690K
GTX960 2GB
8GB
Latest Geforce Drivers.
Running the game after a clean boot.

Technically the game doesn't even launched officially yet, just give them some time to fix this. And stop complaining like it was a insane stop every minute,it's a micro stutter of 1 second every 5-6 minutes,it's completely playable. It's the first driver for the game and (I already said that) the game isn't even officially out yet,so just wait
Well, I'm with stuttering in any config (Ultra, high and medium), I don't know if the problem are in a new driver 388.13 or in the game same, and the game don't exit, black screen and nothing happens, so I uses the task manager to finish him.
My new PC is: Ryzen 5 1600, 8 GB 2666 CL16 Dual Channel, GTX 970, 1tb HDD, AB350M.
Sad to see others facing the same issue, but it's also good to know I'm not alone.
Asus Rog Strix 1080ti

Latest nvidia drivers (the NFS payback promoting ones released 2 days ago)
As if I was needing for something else to drive me away from the game...
Edit: Completely unrelated, Danjuhas, I've seen you strongly trying to defend the game from other people's points of view on a couple threads. You don't need to come into tech support forums to do the same thing. This is not about personal preferences, this is about the software's flawed performance, I'm intrigued on the reasons driving your every post in defense of the game. Just curious, no offense intended.
