FPS drops on gtx 970. Patch?

My cfg: MSI GTX 970 Gaming Intel Core i7-4790 8gb RAM Latest nvidia driver 388.13 Will be a patch with optimization?

If anyone is still having stuttering can you let us know whereabouts in-game it happens and also provide a dxdiag?

Here is my DxDiag. The game ran better than before. However, occasionally when racing or driving faster, the FPS count is still 60 and the game stutters. Sometimes it is a lot. I could not fell smoothness like the other need games.
