Fps falls, crashes to desktop, audio no sinc with image

Hello my friends..

I have some issues with fps, sometimes fps drops from +50 to -20 at the moment that its totally unplayable.

Sometimes it just crashes into desktop, it doesnt says anything just closes itself.

And i have  some audio issues, at the start it doesnt sound correctly, and when driving sometimes i crash it sounds 0,500 sec later, and faster.

Is this really a 80 bucks experience? I trough it was day one problesms, apparently not.

 My specs:

i5-6300HQ

GTX 960M

8GB RAM

Its a laptop: DELL INSPIRON 7559
