Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

    AMD FX-6100
    SAPPHIRE RADEON HD 7950 FLEX OC EDITION
    8 GB CROSAIR VENGENCE @1800

    Runs BF3 and other games with full reslution with ULTRA settings, like they say .. LIKE A CHAMP

    besides .. the game crashes randomly
