Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

4GB RAM

Windows 7 32 bit

GTX 570 DirectCu

My PC can run Battlefield 3, Crysyis 2..without any issues at 1600*900 resolution. But for NFS MW2012, FPS fluctuates between 25 and 35.

I tried lowering every settings to its lowest possible level (except Resolution). That increased the FPS to 28-38. What the hell is going on??

Is there a way to fix it?
