I would appreciate hearing SOME sort of an informed response on this issue. I dropped $50 or $60 on it and it has been a month. Ultimately, if I can't be assured anyone is actually going to do anything about this, then I'd like to just log into Origin and get my money back. I'd prefer they don't drag this on long enough that we're all on the hook, because it's too late to reasonbly demand a refund.
Also, this is a great example of why PC gaming is always accused of being "dying". As a life-long PC gamer, I have to accept that I'm going to possibly be screwed for weeks or months, these days. As said life-long PC gamer, I tend to feel that if I buy it on a console, I'll either have a good experience (with poorer graphics) or I'll have a bad experience that is fixed shortly thereafter. On the PC, these days, I may have a great experience, a poor experience that is quickly addressed, or a poor experience that is just ignored forever, becuase they already have my money and who cares, because consoels amiright?
But, of course, "bad sales are due to piracy durp durp".
*sigh*
I'd say it's because of all the scenarios like this, where botched, badly made products are released, driving more and more people to either demand Demos of the games ( I wonder how many sales NFS:MW 2012 would've lost if it had a demo and that stuttered like the game does?) Or pirate them outright, contributing to the growing "Piracy Figures" - Most of that is probably China, IMHO.
On a related note; Even going "Screw this!", jamming SweetFX in the game install, tweaking that, and then getting it to run, bearably, at 45FPS mean @ 720P hasn't solved the other big issue: Online sucks. The gameplay is nice, but could there please be some fix to the fact I can drive near someone and instantly take them down due to lag?
This is why Peer to Peer doesn't really work, people.
Friends list is also broken. I can be talking to people in the game, just cruising about in Single Player, and yet Autolog 2.0 seems incapable of even realizing they're online. Let alone in game. The game also has a nasty habbit of randomly booting you from a game and going "Lost connection to other players" Could I have more of an explanation? Did the country they were in just get Nuked? Someone crush the little black box with the blinking red light on it? The idiot hosting use a Lagswitch? Autolog itself also seems to disconnect left, right and centre, and that can boot you from a game if it occurs too.
I find myself wondering if there was any kind of testing of the PC version of this game. Did they start it up, see that it started and didn't look like an Acid Trip, then just call it a day? Quality Control must've been sat with the heads lodged firmly up their asses for that process.

Hi, my platform is PC. And my specs are the fallowing:
Intel i5 2500K@4.2GHZ
GTX 680 2GB Graphic Card
Asus Maximus GEN-Z/GEN 3 Motherboard
Corsair 8 GB 1600MHZ Ram
Corsair 120GB Force GT SSDAll settings are on highest.
The average fps is 60 but sudden frame drops makes it unplayable! It goes 50 and sometimes 40fps and that drives me crazy. Will there be any patch to sort it out?

try to put the shadows low for frame rate drop, it work for me i play very good with gtx580.
