Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

Need for Speed Most Wanted DLC Announced, Adds Five New Cars
EA Games has announced the first DLC for Need for Speed Most Wanted. Titled “The Ultimate Speed Pack”, the DLC will add five new vehicles into the game, along with a slate of new high speed races and speed runs, among other things.

This is so sad for PC gaming buying such a expensive hardware for nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I curse the day when old **bleep**ty consoles have been releassed becouse now this is all there foult!!!!!!
