Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

So will they honor refunds? Thinking I want one after the 18th if there isn't a patch.

I dont understand. every man with high end pc have problem with fps in game. how can they release this game??? its racing game and it must go 60 fps all the time on high end machines. they are stilling your money!!
