Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

Hi Everyone, I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps im wond...

I have a 463MB update downloading right now for NFS:MW in Origin. Not sure if it includes the patch or not, but hopefully it does.

Update: Nope still stuttering

of course it doesnt! no patch, nothing. still cant play this uncompleted game. after new yer, I am writing to ea in my country and ask for refund, if still game will not work as it must.
