Free Premium crate isn't available to collect

Its been half day and 2 phone restarts but it ain't changing a bit and still just showing 00:00 till free crate... Any insight? The free crate was available before I updated the mobile app to the la...

Yeh seems I got them this morning, I opened game and it started to update but battery went dead then said it didn't need an update but got a lot of crate 'contents' all at once so seems they have given us them all back what we paid for in game money.

That's good enough for me!

    It's still laggy, I'm sorry to bring bad news after good but yeh it stops n starts.
