Free rewards for watching videos is not working... Please fix it

Free rewards for videos is not working... After I click and select an option.. Screen goes black and video isn't loading

Save data, delete game, re-install

It fixed itself.. I think problem is in their side

BTW I can watch only one video per day

    I know this post is a bit old, but after a few days of the videos not working as they should, it seems it's all cleared up. I didn't have to uninstall or anything. I was just patient and it resolved itself.
