Have you tried starting a private session and seeing if people can join and are visible?
yes , private and friend session both can try , but the achievement still can not pop , but my fd can pop the achievement

30G Friendly race
- For Friendly Race, you said you could connect to two of your friends and you only need one friend to complete the achievement, so you will be able to do that unless you have further problems with the game/connection.
For Buddy Bust, again, you only need one friend for this achievement and you said you can get two out of five in, so this should also be possible.
