From Android to Ios Game Data Transfer

Hello,

I was playing earlier on the android platform. My game data stored in the cloud. Now I switched to a mobile device in the system is iOS, but I can not transfer my android account cloud data. So I wonder how it would support the company. Playing on the Android platform, did the grocery shopping. This spending also was in vain now? I opened the ticket number (#358722), but the problem has shifted to FireMonkey grievances not resolved. I would appreciate your help.

    It's impossible to transfer your game data from Android to Apple.

    You can only transfer from Android to Android or from Apple to Apple. You can't transfer from Android to Apple or from Apple to Android.

    Your purchases made in your Android account will not transfer over to your Apple product.

    This is not an answer I already knew. The problem is that the self-expanding structure technology why not supported this transition. Is it a sensible answer?
