Game completely reset to the beginning. Lost all of my progress!

I have been playing Need For Speed No Limits for quite a while. I had spent a bunch of money on in-app purchases and when I opened the app this evening to play it had completely reset back to the absolute beginning of the game. All of my progress was gone as well as everything I had spent money on while playing the game. I hope to here back from someone with a way to rectify this situation. 

I did not reset my device nor did I delete and re-download the app so I am a bit confused as to what happened. If my progress and everything I have purchased within the app can not be restored I hope you will do the right thing and refund all the monies I have spent while playing.

i enjoy the game very much and hope something can be done to restore me back to where I was earlier today.
