game crash

Hello, I have a problem in Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered.

When I am connected to the internet and launch the game, it connects automatically to the server.

Then when I start a race, the game crashes at the finish line or when I press the Start button. I do not know why this happens.

However, if I launch the game without an internet connection, it does not crash.

Please help me fix this issue.
