Game Crashes during Boss battles

I am having a small problem during boss batlles in NFS MOST WANTED 2012 , the game crashes during  the intro of the bosses car , is it due to high graphics during that period ? , I have (ati radeon 4350) 1 GB graphic card , the game runs very well except this particular time.......Can you give me advice whats wrong ?
