Thanks for the DxDiag, I wanted to confirm have you tried the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair or Install the VC++ files for your game (Guide here)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
- Try a new user or admin account

Hi @zynxToggled, Would it be possible to test on your C drive and check if it freezes at the same point?
