Game crashing when loading at around 25%

After trying to find anything that would help with no success i assume this is my last option.

My friend gifted me NFS Heat on Steam so we could play it together (him and my other friend bought it on Steam as well). Their game works perfectly without any issues but my game gets stuck at around 25% of loading into the game after pressing either "Play Online" or "Play Solo". I already tried these things but no success. (Clean Boot launch, cleaning cache in EA App, restarting steam, verifying the game files, reinstalling the game on different drive, uninstalling and installing GPU Drivers, multiple PC restarts, running System File Checker, disabling every overlay (NVIDIA GeForce Experience overlay, Steam in-game overlay, discord overlay), running the game on administrator mode)

My PC is running every game i play perfectly fine without any issues, my PC has everything up to date.

I even have better than recommended specs: 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600

GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1650 4GB GDDR6

RAM: 32 GB @ 3200 MHz, CL16
