I have yet been able to play nfs heat since the last update
Yes, there are many with the same issue.
1. Uninstall the latest Origin on your device
2. Download Origin https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download
3. Install Origin then open NFS Heat
Don't uninstall the game just Origin.Give that a try.
