Community ManagerQuite often, when it appears that a game is no longer available, it turns out that you may not be logged in to the correct Origin account.
Make super sure you are logged in to the account the game was purchased on and retry.

Oh, I've quadruple checked that it's the right account. Was planning on checking in by phone, but your post explains that phone support is not working currently. And every time I try to look into this it tells me that live chat is closed as well. Just gonna have to keep trying I guess. This really isn't a problem that should happen in the first place =/ never has happened with any other pc games client.
