Game missing after switching platforms

Question

I used to play nfs heat on my Playstation 4 and when I open it on my xbox (series s), my save data from Playstation does not go through. A new game starts whenever I open Need For Speed: Heat. I have my Playstation and Xbox accounts merged on EA and they always have been merged. I really don't feel like restarting.

I had a disc of nfs heat on my ps4 and I have the digital version for xbox if that changes anything.&nbsp;
