Game not in libary
Hi i redeem code fore nsf heat and after that game did not start to install it just said preparing. After clearing cache game is not in libary and i can not use same code. What should i do

Was the code you redeemed purchased directly from the EA app or one of the trusted retailers on this page?
If that code was purchased from another retailer and is not appearing in the app after redeeming it, you'll need to reach back out to that retailer for assistance with a replacement.
Otherwise, you can reach out to our support here so they can take a look at the account.
I already redeem code and it worked but instalation could not start so i cleard cache and it removed game from library.

Gotcha! I would reach out to their support and let them know the code you were provided was not valid.
I understand it appeared initially before disappearing, which can happen if the code was for an incorrect version or region of the game.
You'll want to work with them to get a correct code in this case.
Support advisor helped me it was some app problem. Thank you anyway
