I found the solution, a little bit hard, but you can get there with the right programs and the time needed to implement it😉
He didn't actually fix it. He likely never had the problem and wants to sound smart. *eyeroll*
Same problem here, game crashes if I skip the cut scene, as well as most of the time if I let it play through.
Also unrelated, but when I get "busted" about 50% of the time it resets my controller steering and easydrive controls back to default. I have gotten reeeeeally good at re-setting them now. :P
The problem I had was all right, the key is all here: LockTo30 = true If you set it to false the cutscenes do not block the game, but in that case the game stuttering cutscenes are out of sync with the game, that's all ... 😉
LockTo30 has always been False here so that 'solution' is a dead end.
This is really starting to annoy me, this issue has been going on for more than 3 months and there's still no fix. How am I supposed to enjoy this game if I can't even play it!?
