The problem I had was all right, the key is all here: LockTo30 = true If you set it to false the cutscenes do not block the game, but in that case the game stuttering cutscenes are out of sync with the game, that's all ... 😉
LockTo30 has always been False here so that 'solution' is a dead end.
This is really starting to annoy me, this issue has been going on for more than 3 months and there's still no fix. How am I supposed to enjoy this game if I can't even play it!?
same thing with sim city. i have multiple cities that after hours of play i can't access. and the broken leader scenes in this game make it unplayable.
this is what's to expect from the companies affiliated here. i will not waste money on this garbage again.
