I'm stuck in the same situation, NFSNL logo, spiny orange circle. Pretty frustrating, I had just gotten max stars on the McLaren 650s, and post the PR block to advance and was hoping to get to continue in the underground after being stuck BP farming for so long.
Please fix this.
I fixed my problem myself, maybe it'll work for you took.
I went into the Application Manager settings for the No Limits apk, and cleared the data.
Restarted the app and let it start fresh.
