Game won't launch on Xbox

Have just received my new Xbox consoles (both a Series S and X) and this game will not load on either of them. It starts from the dashboard fine but once you hit the title menu where it says "press ...

Hi, would it be possible for you to check on what your current Xbox privacy settings?

If you have your Privacy set to custom, can you test by setting it to Adult or Teen defaults?

Still no joy I'm afraid. I was on custom settings, changed it to adult but the same crash to dashboard still occurs when the game prompts you to press start.

  Same issue for me, nothing works. Its so frustrating and only seems to affect series S and x. I can play it no problem on my old one x.
