Payback requires highspeed lan.
Example: My PC gets 220 Mbps.
Also, recheck you set up for Payback.
You have to agree to The terms of service contract to play online.
Check with EA for further process errors with your game.
Also, Streeming your game could be the other issue. Make sure you a good streeminng game service.
I use Twitch TV for my Online games.

I'm talking about GFE streaming over lan as in nvidia shield not streaming gameplay over the internet via twicth or YouTube or whatever. I've streamed payback before, but I've gotten a new PC awhile ago and only recently started streaming games to my PC in the lounge. However nfs payback is the only game that doesn't streams and crashes.
so. Steam In-Home Streaming is another solution.👍😎
