Global Chat
Global chat would be a good option . Friend can't be online all the time . I really want to communicate with each others on the map and arrange some crew meetings randomly , race with each other on highways , click some snapshots , crew police chase and much more . just we need a chat or voice com to communicate , rest we'll make this game more fun
Chat with strangers is a feature that is missing in loads of games unfortunately. I guess that's because people abuse it. In this game i would like to see it as well, makes it more fun. Especially when you play like me, without a microphone/headset. I do have that laying around but then you also need to add them as friends, and i sometimes just want to talk with someone without adding him/her as friend 🙂
