GPU 100% + CPU 70% Usage RTX 3070 + Ryzen 5600x

I currently have an RTX 3070 Founders edition and a Ryzen 5600x, Monitor is an iiyama G-Master 2560x1440p 144hz. When playing this game in either windowed, fullscreen or borderless mode the GPU usage is at 100% and the CPU usage is above 70%. The game runs smooth and has 100+ fps but the usage and strain on my pc is not healthy. I have the user cfg file to help with CPU usage but why is this game using 100% GPU usage also ?! 

Really enjoying the game but I cannot continue to play it and fry my hardware ☹️

    If you don't want the GPU to be fully utilised to give the highest frame rate possible as they're designed to, then you need to limit the frame rate to something like 30 or 60 FPS.
