Heat level 3+ cops and race balancing
This has probably been said before but, the cops are insanely hard at heat level 3 and above, they hit extremely hard and can outrun the fastest hypercars in a dodge charger as well as they can withstand extreme ammounts of damage to their cars.
I'd suggest lowering the police cars' health and slighly reducing their damage output.
And with races, even on hard the AI either is hundreds if not thousands of metres behind you or there is one car which seemingly has double the acceleration and double the top speed of your car. It makes the racing not that fun when you're either smashing the competition or being smashed by one single unbeatable car.
