need for speed no limits on google play games beta

so when i search for the app on google play games beta it shows me

"Looking for Need for Speed No Limits? This app can't be played on your PC" and gives me a "learn more" link

when i click on the link the only thing i guess i can think of is not having an intel cpu, i have a ryzen 7 5700x with 16 gb of ram and intel arc a750, everything is up to date so i really don't have a clue on what the issue is because it doesnt directly tell me, is it really because i don't have an intel cpu? and if yes, why does it strictly require an intel cpu and can i do something about it?
