High heat events remain locked.

Well, do not want to sound silly but guys, I cant race 3-high heat events it seems to remain locked even if I can see heat level 3 at the top of the screen. What I am doing wrong

    You need $12,000 to start a Heat 3, $20,000 to start a Heat 5. You probably don't have enough to initiate.
