High Heat Reward
How is this even possible? I am REP lvl 26 and i have a high heat reward. Butt i cant find the part. Do i need to get to lvl 50 to clearly unlock it?

I'm no expert but High Heat reward can be various things like unlocking a parts upgrade, available cars that can be purchased, etc.. If you manage to get back to garage with engine part it is most likely an Ultimate Part. I'm at Level 50 and it's the Ultimate Parts that I'm after but I'm not good at evading the Cops at Heat Level 5 but did manage to get back to garage on one occasion that I recall but didn't get anything for it.
If you don't have the speed or cornering skills, the best place to lose the cops is in downtown palm city, east side where you make the jump next to the night event luckycharm.
That instantly kills or incapacitate cop cars from following you further.
As for heat event rewards. Once you've unlocked heat races in general, you should be able to achieve performance parts.
depending on your rep level, overall game difficulty ( easy, medium, hard ), it gives you parts rewards ranging from pro to U+ depending on what place you finish in ( 4th on up )
