"High Heat Rewards" icon is under my character's shoe and does not disappear

Summarize your bug "High Heat Rewards" icon is under my character's shoe and does not disappear. You do not know exactly which part you've earned until you go through the parts listed under the "Performance Tab"
What car were you using? 1993 McLaren F1
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? Valkyrie - High Heat Level 5 Race
Was it a day or a night event? Night Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Completing either a High Heat 3 or 5 race OR completing both High Heat 3 and 5 race in one night. After completion it says "you've earned a volatile part". Go back to garage and usually, the high heat rewards icon show for awhile and disappear around where the character is standing. But for some reason, I don't see which part I've earned and the only thing I see is, "High Heat Rewards" written under the character's shoe and remains like that until you restart the game. After restarting the game, "High Heat Rewards" icon disappears until I earn another "Volatile Part" by completing either two High Heat races.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the garage, after completion of high heat race and earning a "volatile part", it says "High Heat Rewards" around the bottom of the character's shoe and it is aesthetically displeasing to see whilst tuning your car and hanging out in the garage.
What do you expect to see? To show which "Volatile Part" I have earned on the garage screen after completing any High Heat race and that the "High Heat Rewards" icon disappear completely after a short while.
I've been having this bug ever since I bought this game which was on August the 6th 2020. It would be much appreciated if anyone from the NFS Team can fix this issue. Personally I think this bug applies to every single engine, chassis, drivetrain and auxiliary part you earn as you progress through the game. The notifications that you've earned the parts do not show and you need to figure out which parts you've earned by going under the "Performance" Tab then going through "New" Parts you've unlocked. If anyone has this issue as well, it'd be much appreciated if you guys let the NFS Team know about this bug. Anyway, Cheers!
I'm back with a reply from this original complaint I made to EA around 2 years ago. It just so seems that the support for this game has been officially dropped as Ghost Games are no longer a part of the NFS franchise. It's really unfortunate that NFS Heat - personally one of my favourite NFS games of recent times - can no longer be updated anymore.
At this point, my best recommendation is just restart the game if you don't want to see the "High Heat Rewards" icon. However, as soon as you receive a volatile part(s), the icon will re-appear under the character's shoes. It's a permanent bug that you just have to bear with playing the game. Also, if you want to find your volatile part(s), you have to navigate through the "PERFORMANCE" tab and see which part(s) comes out as "NEW". The one(s) marked with "NEW" are the volatile part(s) you've earned in your high heat race(s).
Hope this "unhelpful" resolution was somehow helpful in someway possible.
