Home page keeps opening during game play on need for speed

I have recently bought need for speed for the ps4 but all the time during game play the home menu keeps on opening even though i havent touched the home button on the controller causing me to not be able to play the game properly. This only happens on my need for speed game and not any of my other games and just to be 100% sure it wasnt my controller I have swapped my controller in the shop where I bought my playststation from for another brand new one. Why is this happening? I paid a lot of money for this game but cant play it cause every time i do a race I cant complete it without the home page popping open making me loose the race. Please help

    Check your CD that it's not damage. If it's okay then try to play game on different console with same CD.

    I have the same thing. Playing the NFS HP Remaster at PS5. Controllers are definitely good, only happens in this game. For me it’s not “all the time” but occasionally. Very frustrating when you’re at a key moment.
