Hot pursuit remastered controller not working

I played for 3 hours yesterday using an Astro C 40. Today with no changes i cannot play with controller. Origins lousy support will not answer my question. Below are the steps i have taken. Game w...

@ustunab Also I'm using a usb2.0 port with ps4 controller and using DS4windiws It works but I get an annoying message in the middle of the screen saying that a controller is not configures etc...

Go to configur Settings and change any button( u can put the same button) after that  The message should go

Thats what i do every time and work for me
