NFS 2015 constantly crashing upon opening

Hi all, I wanted to go back and play NFS 2015 on my PlayStation. However since downloading it, upon opening the game I can’t make it past the menus the game just crashes. I have downloaded it on my ps4, my ps5, both to try and get it to work and no matter what I do I can’t get it to work. I’m wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if they’ve managed to fix?
