NFS 2015 constantly crashing upon opening

Hi all, I wanted to go back and play NFS 2015 on my PlayStation. However since downloading it, upon opening the game I can’t make it past the menus the game just crashes. I have downloaded it on my ps4, my ps5, both to try and get it to work and no matter what I do I can’t get it to work. I’m wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if they’ve managed to fix?

You’re not alone—Need for Speed (2015) relies on online services, and crashes can happen if servers or EA connections fail. Try reinstalling, restoring licenses, and checking PSN/EA server status. Also clear cache (power cycle console) and ensure your EA account is properly linked. If it still crashes on both PS4 and PS5, it’s likely a server-side or compatibility issue rather than your setup.
