Hot Pursuit Remastered Crashes

Yes, this workaround seems to have completely fixed the issue for me. I haven’t had any freezes since using this method.

Hey SterlingArcher91​, I appreciate you sharing this workaround. Have you been able to play consistently without crashes and freezes after that? 

I dont think the overlay caused it, but the instant replay , like having it on caused it, since i have had it off for like 3-5 days, it hasn't happened at all. I still have the overlay to see my fps and stuff but when having it on with the instant replay and whenever my game froze, the overlay "doubled" if that makes sense, like there was now 2 overlays on top of eachother. 👍
i also heard from my friend, closing EA from task manager after logging in Autolog also fixes the bug

Since a few players have mentioned this started happening within the last couple of months, we’d like to check whether a recent GPU driver update may be contributing to it. If you’re comfortable doing so, please try rolling back to an earlier graphics driver version and let us know if the freezing still happens afterward.

When replying, please include your GPU model, current driver version, the driver version you rolled back to, and whether the issue improved, stayed the same, or got worse. This will help us narrow down whether the freezing may be driver-related.

Yes, but I'm also getting massive freezes in races and races don't have any weapons. The screen completely freezes for 5-30 seconds and then the game fast forwards. It's completely unplayable online at this point.

I don’t have nvidia clipping on and I still have this issue. Massive freezes during online play
