how do i mute my mic for multiplayer im using a laptop

i am using a laptop and i have noticed that there is no option to make it push to talk in the origin menu or the NFS options. it is also silly that i dont have the option to mute all other players a...

If you plan on playing more multiplayer games that have voice chat you're better off getting a headset anyway, people will be able to hear you more clearer and you'll be able to hear them better too. Plus you can mute yourself whenever you want.

    that sounds like a major privacy issue, automatically activating your microphone online without any way to disable it i dont need everybody online hearing my conversations im having on my private teamspeak i really hope they add an option to disable voice chat and your microphone

      PLEASE MAKE OPTION: MUTE ALL

      or put some option like voice in all game OFF!

      Next game same problem this  solution  NOT WORK!

      Team speaks, ventrill,o mumble, skype,  not in f.. voice in game!

      Developers make some patch  pls!

        i found a solution to disabling YOUR microphone from broadcasting online just set some other disabled device as your default communication device
