How do i reset the career on xbox one x

For some reason ever since i re installed the game, its never been right
Cant modify the look of a car, cant even seem to buy new cars
So i am looking at restarting all over
I have removed the saved data file on the xbox, but as soon as i open the game it re downloads its self so im back to where i started
any help would be great

    The solution to your question.

    Go to the folder Documents 

    Then click on  > Need For Speed Heat 

    Then click on  >SaveGame 

    Then > savegame, and delete the file in there.
